Configure Your Email So We Don't End Up In Your
Spam Folder
Please ensure that our Email address - candleshop@somethingforthewickend.co.uk
- is added to your whitelist or configure your Anti-Spam application
so that our Emails are not classified as Spam. This is necessary
because some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) block emails from
senders whose email addresses are not in the recipient's Address
Book or on their Safe Senders' List in order to prevent you from
receiving unwanted spam email.
We have provided instructions on how to do this
for the most commonly used ISPs.
HOTMAIL
Once signed in, click on 'Options' in the top right of your screen.
On the left-hand side of the page, select the 'Contacts' tab.
Click on 'Safe List'.
Type the addresses above in the 'type an address or domain name'
box, and then click 'Add'.
OUTLOOK
Open our email containing the address you want to add.
Right click on the address in the 'from' field.
Select 'Add to Contacts'.
Enter any information you wish on the address card and click 'Save
and close'.
GMAIL
From your Gmail Inbox, click on 'Contacts' on the left-hand side.
Click on 'Create Contact'.
Type the above addresses in the 'Primary Email' box.
Then click 'Save'.
YAHOO
To instruct Yahoo to filter it to your Inbox:
Open your Yahoo mailbox.
Click on 'Options' in the top right of your screen.
Click on 'Filters'.
Next, click 'Add' under the filter section.
Under "If all of the following rules are true..." in the
top row, labeled 'From header', make sure 'contains' is selected in
the pull-down menu.
Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, and then enter
one of the addresses above.
At the bottom, where it says "Move the message to", select
'Inbox' from the pull-down menu.
Click the 'Add Filter' button again.
Repeat steps 1-8 for each address you'd like to add.
AOL
Open our email containing the address you want to add.
Click our email address in the 'from' field.
Select 'Add to Address Book' in the 'Info' window.
Enter any information you wish on the Address Card and click 'Save'.
Repeat steps 1-3 for each address you'd like to add.
